**Job Deskripsi**
- Oversees the execution of all marketing initiatives, projects, and collateral production to achieve sales and marketing objectives and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Cultivates partnerships and actively participates in demand generation strategy development
- Reconciles monthly marketing plans with accruals and forecasts in collaboration with the Director of Finance.
- Leads repositioning efforts in partnership with the Area Team, GM, and hotel executive team.
- Acts as the hotel(s) brand guardian/liaison, ensuring all marketing reflects the brand voice and strategically implements continent and brand promotions and campaigns.
- Partners with Revenue Management to develop and execute promotional strategy efforts.
- Supports group lead generation efforts.
- Runs, reviews, analyzes, and communicates key marketing reports to stakeholders and owners, adapting strategy accordingly.
- Manages internal and external partners to ensure deliverables support hotel strategy.
- Develops and sets the annual digital marketing plan and overarching partnership and marketing strategies to maximize revenue production and align with hotel positioning.
- Manages OTA Strategy in collaboration with Revenue Management through market leader reviews and media investments.
- Monitors and provides recommendations for SEO, collaborating with MDS or agency as needed.
- Manages cluster marketing strategies when applicable.
- Owns the direct asset development (e.g., photoshoots) to ensure up-to-date content for the Marketing team to use across various sites and channels.
- Note: The Director of Marketing also oversees the overarching Public Relations strategy, managing the PR agency or PR messaging, and effectively measures campaign and digital performance success. Additionally, this role involves relationship management, negotiation, managing direct reports, conducting interviews and onboarding, handling employee complaints, executing disciplinary actions, and conducting annual performance appraisals according to Standard Operating Procedures. The Director of Marketing completes other reasonable duties as requested by leadership.
