Marketing Effectiveness Manager, Insights, South-East Asia

Jakarta, Indonesia

This is an exciting opportunity to work on our Marketing Measurement and Optimisation practice across SE Asia with Particular focus on a big MNC account. You will work with a group of consultants supported by a large global offshore analytics hub, to help guide clients on making impactful marketing investment decisions to optimise growth.

You will be responsible for setting up and delivering the projects, building a trusted advisor relationship with our clients to ensure repeat business.

Key Outcomes/Responsibilities:
Knowledge & Expertise
- Solid understanding and actionable expertise on Media Planning, Buying and Execution both of online and offline media. (Must)
- Familiar with the media landscape preferably across South-East Asia.
- Understanding the different data assets such as Sales, POS, Search/Social, Media, Price, Distribution, etc.
- Ability to interpret, understand and connect different statistic outputs to drive recommendations.
- Strong project management skills.

Client Management and Consultancy
- Excellent client relationship management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different partners across Clients, Media Agencies, Analytics Hub, etc)
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction
- Demonstrate confidence and strong interpersonal skills in client facing situations.

Key capabilities
- Demonstrating that you are a skilled Holistic Media planner/strategist with broad category/industries validated experience is essential.
- Comfortable working in a regional set-up with team members in different countries.
- Comfortable working with and connecting different data sets and statistical outputs.
