Elite Linguistic Network ("ELN") is a Singapore boutique Chinese language and cultural advisory provider to professionals and companies across Asia. We provide language solutions and network connections for the Elites by the Elites. Since our inception in 2009, we have been focusing on developing effective Language related learning programs for adult professional learners.
As a Marketing Executive at Elite Linguistic Network, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our Chinese language programs and expand our presence in the competitive language education market in Singapore. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to attract prospective students and drive enrollment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new students, and retain existing ones.
3. Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including admissions, academic, and administrative staff, to align marketing efforts with the overall business objectives of the school.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and student preferences. Use findings to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
6. Event Management: Plan and coordinate events such as workshops, competitions and gatherings to showcase the school's offerings and engage with the community.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools. Provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
2. Experience: Some experience in marketing, with a focus on education or language schools preferred. Understanding of the Singapore market is a major plus.
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential and will be an advantage.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the school's message to diverse audiences.
6. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies to differentiate Elite Linguistic Network from competitors.
7. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
8. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across different departments.
9. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, staying abreast of industry trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
