Marketing Manager

Regulate all aspects of activities associated with the brand, like consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research, product development, and pricing.
- Responsible and handle Channel in several areas
- Monitor and analyze competitors and prices in the Market.
- Achieve growth and achieve sales targets by cooperating with the sales team. Strategize, execute, and track aggressive sales plans.
- Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers and understanding their needs.
- Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive status.
- Gain significant market share in assigned market segment.
- Reporting weekly to Management.

**Requirement**
- Max 35 Years Old
- Master degree from any major (Marketing/ Communications major is preferred).
- Minimal **3 years experience** in marketing positions (Marketing/Brand Management/Strategy Development )
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Willing to work overtime & weekends if needed.
- Desire to work in a fast pace, start-up environment
- Agile and ready to handle changes and challenges
- Ability to think outside the box (creative and innovative strategy making)
- A hard worker, detail-oriented, and obtain a good interpersonal.
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel/Word/Power point).
- Comfortable & good ability to both speak & write in English
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing a plus
