- Drive high-impact and growth projects in nationwide campaigns in terms of marketing efforts
- Conduct market and industry research, brainstorm and make recommendations regarding growth opportunities for Shopee
- Drive buyer marketing strategy across relevant features for potential and new commercial landscape focus on growing user acquisition, and building retention
- Evaluate new initiatives; optimize and achieve company objectives and performance
- Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product marketing projects from ideation to launch in order to drive buyer adoption, engagement, and/or retention
- Review and analyze key marketing metrics for each projects
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major with at least 2 years of work experience
- Experience in commerce/food delivery industry would be a plus
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Understanding customer/user journeys
- Willing to be hands-on with strong executional abilities
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking - able to breakdown problem statements into sub-tasks and actionable items
- Willing to work on-site
