Marketing Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence
- Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
- Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables

Responsibility:

- Market research & development (Brand Analysis, Market & Customer Analysis, Industry & Trend Analysis): understand customer pain & expectations & needs, identify market trends, understand world and local fashion trends, benchmarking with other brands etc.
- Building a good marketing & sales management system that is in line with company culture
- Create, implement, monitor and report marketing & sales goals, plans, projects and strategies
- Promote brands, products and values that believes in to the market
- Create and analyze marketing & sales budgets, schedule expenses, ensure the investment costs incurred get returns according to objectives
- Report, manage and analyze data: sales, customer, market, social media, advertising, products and matters related to marketing & sales
- Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Support recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring and supporting the marketing & sales team to achieve the required team targets
- Regularly visit online, offline stores, bazaars or events so that we can meet and discuss directly so that we understand their needs and anticipate new market opportunities
- Always improve knowledge, trends and equipment in the simple fashion retail industry by attending workshops/conferences/seminars, reading articles or books and maintaining personal and professional networks

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing & sales (fashion retail field is preferred)
- Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have a high interest in the field of fashion
- Capable to handle reporting, work independently and with a team, willing and able to adapt to changes quickly (industry, technology, trends, markets, regulations, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills (English proficiency is a plus)

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
