Marketing Specialist

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Analyse campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and new lead opportunities.
- Oversee social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Create marketing materials
- Handle daily marketing administrative duties, including customer database management and campaign metric tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure strategies align with company goals.

**Marketing Specialist Requirements and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with agency experience highly regarded.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing, including digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English.

Pay: Rp500,000,000 - Rp650,000,000 per month
