**Role Overview: Matchmaker (Customer Service Executive)**
We are looking for 2 associates based in Indonesia (SCBD) to support our Malaysia and Singapore branch. As a Matchmaker, your primary objective is to facilitate seamless date coordination between our clients. You will engage in proactive communication with clients to address their needs and provide support throughout their dating journey, as well as gather feedback for continuous service improvement.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule dates for clients
- Consistently achieve individual as well as team monthly KPI targets
- Active and outward-bound communication with clients on a day-to-day basis (via chat and phone calls)
- Respond to clients' inquiries promptly and provide support when needed
- Provide sound dating advice when asked by clients
- Listen to clients' feedback and perform service recovery when necessary
- Provide ad-hoc operational and events support
- Provide feedback on the date coordination process and suggest ideas to improve customer satisfaction.
- Would have passion for people, and possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience within a Customer Service, Customer Success, or Sales Operations / Support role is a huge plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field. Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, or equivalent major is a plus.
- Diligent and willing to go the extra mile for your clients
- Detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure with integrity and good work ethics
- Adaptable and able to think fast on your feet to cater to a wide portfolio of client profiles
- Able to communicate professionally and confidently with high-profile clients.
- Able to work one day of the weekend (either Sat/Sun).

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
