Maximum 35 years old.

Hold Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

High conversational level English.
At least 3 years experience with knowledge in Mechanical/Plumbing design for building service experienced in landed/high-rise building from Contractor, Building Management, etc.
Expert in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Preferably experienced in handling Revit, Navis Works.

Responsible in handling designing and drafting of building service layouts and schematic diagrams such as HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, etc.

Communicating with clients and gathering their requirements and design conditions.
