Mechanical Project

General Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the execution of project work in accordance with the schedule.

2. Coordinate the planning and implementation of project work with contractors and relevant departments.

3. Make accurate progress reports in every project activity.

4. Monitor the costs incurred in each project implementation to not exceed the budget that has been set.

5. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.

6. Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.

7. Checking the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning.

8. Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.

9. Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO).

10. Responsible for the development of employees in maintenance.

11. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness of the environment (environment) in the location of maintenance

12. Create daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to Officer.
