Mechanization & Technical Coordinator

1. Coordinate with VPA, RC, EM, Technical Asst, Agronomy assistant and Mechanization Implementation Area 1/ Area 2 related to mechanization implementation2. Propose, implement and monitoring of budget align with mechanization implementation program3. Ensure control and monitoring of mechanization implementation in PSM level to ensure target for cost efficiency and productivity are achieved4. Monitor daily mechanization usage and availability and provide inputs & support to Technical Assistant to speedup maintenance & repair5. Coordinate with Mechanization Implementation Area 1/ Area 2 to capture mechanization ideas as needed from the operation6. Ensure mechanic availability ratio vs equipment7.
