Media Manager

**About the Company**
Our Client is one of the fastest growing and most prominent Beauty commerce companies in Indonesia that has expanded their brand to other Southeast Asian markets.

**About the Role**
As a Media Manager, you will be tasked with leading the brand's media marketing efforts to achieve company objectives and utilizing online and offline media to strengthen the brand's presence and awareness in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Measuring the traffic to the official website, identifying and evaluating new technology and digital initiatives, optimizing marketing campaigns and channels, as well as displaying ads using analytics tools
- Measuring ROI (Return of Investment) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator), as well as managing the media budget
- Developing specific campaigns to generate and retain customer engagement
- Driving and motivating the team to reach company goals
- Collaborating with the product, design, and marketing teams to increase consumer satisfaction through a cohesive strategy

**Key Qualifications**
- Min. Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- Possess minimum 3 years of relevant media experience (online and offline), preferably within FMCG/retail or media agencies
- Track record of stakeholder management and able to work across cross-functional internal teams, external stakeholders and agency partners
- Experience with online ads (Google Ads, FB Ads, TikTok Ads, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred) and offline media (OOH)
- Strong expertise in managing, creating, and implementing media advertisements
- Ability to articulate strategic approach towards online and offline media marketing and how to translate ads to revenue (good ROI)
