And also include Regularly coordinate with our telephony vendor to update caller ID numbers in the Dialer SystemCompliance: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.System Upgrades: Manage system updates and enhancements, testing new features and ensuring smooth transitions.Reporting and Analytics : Additionally, assist in managing the Collections Dashboards and Reporting to ensure timely and accurate data availability when the MIS (Collection Data Analytics) team is unavailable, including weekends and holidays when the collection team needs to carry out operations. What You Will NeedMinimum a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related disciplineOr at least have 1 years of experience as system admin or data analytic in Collections team in banking/fintech/startupProficiency in collection dialer and systems.Strong problem-solving skills to address system issues and optimize processes.Good communication skills. This will be needed when communicating with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.Knowledge of database management and data analysis tools.Available to work on weekends and holidays as needed, should the collection team require support on those days

We're in charge of running hundreds of instances and deployments across all of our payment products, directly impacting millions of users every single day. Most recently, our team has built products that reduce the overall time to model, curate, and access data, streamlining our efficiency and internal processes significantly. In the coming year, in light of our new GoTo collaboration, we have exciting plans to scale up our team in efforts to field the massive growth of our data pool.
