Persyaratan

Hold minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Business English proficiency (able to converse confidently & comfortably in English in work place).

Minimum 6 years of experience handling mold construction & repair in apparel/electronics/automotive industry with good understanding of 2D & 3D (CAD) technical drawing.

Experienced in handling manual machines (drilling, milling, turning), assembling mold, repairing slider & non slider mold, handling injection engineering, and handling hot runner mold.

Understanding of CNC machinery and measurement instruments, electrical knowledge.

Hard working, good communication and team work, smart, good problem solving skill, good work ethic, good leadership skill

In good health.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Able to join in short notice.

Tanggung Jawab

In charge of all operation of mold maker/repair/modification schedule.

In charge of handling hot runner mold, slider and non slider mold.

Make sure that mold manufacturing folder is fulfilled completely and accurately.

Supervise subordinates, including planning, assigning and scheduling work, reviewing work and ensuring quality standard, training and overseeing productivity.

Troubleshooting for new mold.

In charge of mold repair and problem solving & precautionary actions.

Implement 6S in mold assembly and manual machine area.

Submit non conformity mold defect during manufacturing.

Do Kaizen.
