Execute Trade Marketing & Sales Force Strategy Plan (distributor/dealers, retailers-GT & MT channel concept, selling in & selling out, wholesales) of national project.
- Lead and oversee short and long-term project of Trade Marketing & Sales Force, promotional material as briefed by Sales Manager (Sales Division/Department), ensuring all works execution and update report delivered on time.
- Maintain all KPI Principle guidelines at all times and raise any concerns with the national team (including manpower matter, reporting, deployment execution and performance appraisal).
- Support and Coordination with internal and external PIC in area/branch to ensure the project and operational activities are completed to specifications and deadlines in order to achieve the project

- General administration duties as well as any other special projects that may arise.
- Other special projects (e.g. Partner Events/Activation)
- Maintain & keep team must comply all business process, ethics and regulation
**Requirements**:
- Male/Female max 38 years old
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or any background education
- Min. 1-2 years experience in the same field
- Expertise in Trade Marketing (General Trade & Modern Trade), Brand Marketing & FMCG.
- Experience in handling national team, min 100 people
- Strong leadership, people skills, and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent project execution
- Ability to Multitask to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and a can do attitude
- English proficiency skill is a must.
