Office Manager

Details of the offer

**Responsibility**:

- Assist BOD for the crucial task through and cross departments
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Representing company management in communicating & correspondence with third parties
- Become a communication bridge between departments, as well as from top management to the departments below.
- Ensure necessary information is available for decision making by BOD.
- Assist BOD to monitor the work programs carried out by each department.
- Follow-up tasks given from BOD to all appointed department
- Maintain and manage office budget

**The Successful Applicant is the one who**:

- Minimum education Diploma III
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an Office Manager.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, agile and ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent English in written and verbal
- Proven work experience as a Office Manager
- Fast Learner, energetic and able to communicate at all level
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility with work hours and availability to work overtime.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp7.000.000 - Rp8.000.000 per bulan
