**Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize and Design: Create appealing and on-brand designs for marketing materials : brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Project Management : Work closely with Marketing Officer, Content Writer, Digital Specialist and Digital Design & Video Specialist to understand project goals and objectives, ensuring that design solutions align with the overall strategy.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines and standards to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials.
- Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to maintain proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro).
- Deadline Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
- An understanding of the latest design trends.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-4 years experience as a Multimedia Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with social media especially Tiktok would be an advantage.
- Motion graphic & video editing skills would be plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (country and regional)..
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organization skills to meet project deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Good communication skills both in Bahasa in English.
