Onsite Support Technician

**Support Requirements**:

- Onsite support for the installation and labeling of devices.
- Estimated device weight: 5kg to 10kg (packaged gross weight).
- Smart hand support only.
- Guided instructions will be provided by the support team during the visit.
- No detailed instruction documents are currently available, but they will be shared when received.
- No topology is involved.
- No migration; this is a new installation.
- Installation timeline: February 7 or 8, with flexibility for preferred daytime access.

**Duration**:
Ad hoc support as needed.

Pay: Rp283,998 per hour
