Operation Assistant Manager (Sport Background)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sport: Oversee all sports departments, ensuring exceptional service and quality while creating a great sports experience.
- Activities: Plan and execute exciting and diverse sports activities for our community.
- Housekeeping and Engineering: Oversee HK and Eng to ensure efficient operations.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of professional management experience, preferably in hospitality or sports management
- A record of managing teams in a growing organization
- The ability to work independently, take direction, receive feedback, and execute accordingly
- Fluency and confidence in English is a must

**Employment Status**: Permanent with three (3) months probation.
