Operation Manager

Develop and implement operational policies and strategies to ensure efficient operations
- Oversees day-to-day operations, including Sales, Marketing, Logistik, Finance and IT functions
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to track progress and achieve targets

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor Degree's of Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 7 years experience in operational, handling several stores in one time
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Willing to be placed at Dayeuhkolot, Bandung
