Operation & Support Jabodetabek Staff

**Job Descriptions**:

- Directly support end users and assist with IT department upgrades and directives.
- Working with the asset team for deploying, releasing, withdrawing, installing, and borrowing hardware and software.
- Resolve Service Desk Escalation.
- Upgrades and installations of IT Equipment and software.
- Monitoring network infrastructure.
- Responsible for Jabodetabek Area.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma's Degree in Electrical, Computer/ Telecommunication Engineering major.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Have expertise in Troubleshooting, networking(antivirus, firewall, WiFi, routing, switch/ hub).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
