Operational Supervisor

**Job Desc**:

- ? ?Leading all designated departments within the company
- ? ?Maintain company Standard Operational Procedure for designated department
- ? ?Know and discuss all operational problems with the General Manager
- ? ?Make daily reports on outlet and production operational conditions
- ? ?Protect and provide education about company values to employees.
- ? ?Creating a conducive and harmonious work environment
- ? ?Handle customer complaints well and evaluate every complaint that occurs with the head of the department involved.

**Qualifications**:

- ? ?Experience as Operational Supervisor for 3 years minimum
- ? ??Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent, Retail preferred
- ? ?Honest, Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST.
- ? ?Have good leadership and life values

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
