Operational Supply Chain Head - Agritech

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire supply chain from procurement to distribution, ensuring operational excellence, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency in line with our sustainability goals.
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics, and distribution, to ensure they meet current needs and are scalable for future growth.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize quality and efficiency in all aspects of the supply chain and warehouse management.
- Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations, timely delivery of products, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and optimize logístical operations, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols to uphold our commitment to sustainable and ethical practices.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, using data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Willing to work based in Yogyakarta
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in supply chain and warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG, startup, F&B, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control practices, with a commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
- Proficient in using supply chain and warehouse management software, as well as standard office software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to adapt and respond to the fast-paced and changing needs of the business.
