We are looking for a
**THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH**
**What you'll do**:
- Maintain Driver Quality for 2 wheel and 4 wheel
- Working closely with CX team to address and investigate any order disputes
- Provide deep analysis on driver quality issue and able to provide options of solutions
- Support Education team on handling drivers issue
- Provide training material or driver communications to ensure drivers understand the importance of driver service quality
- Handling any drivers issue and appeals
**What we seek**:
- Positive attitude, attentive to details, proactive and self initiatives
- Good communication & presentation skills
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering / Operations Management /Logistics Management
- Min 1 year experience in related industries
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Can operate design tools (Canva) is a plus
