As an operations geek, here we provide you the opportunity to make an impact by formulating and delivering initiatives that will improve the lives of our driver-partners. Your impact won't end there; you'll also collaborate with other stakeholders to activate new driver-partners and increase drivers' productivity by optimizing order routing for specific users.

**What you will do**:
- Responsible for generating organic driver-partner leads, especially for 1T above
- Create activities to increase the number of driver-partner leads (offline event)
- Creating brand awareness for Extra Large 4W
- Initiating a partnership with the dealership to generate Leads
- Monitoring daily achievements for Driver Field Sales
**What we seek**:
- At least 2 years experience in operations background, preferably from a startup company
- Understand with East Java market
- Ability to communicate in local languages is preferable
- Join or have a strong connection with the driver-partner community in Surabaya
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to champion new processes from plan to close
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and attentive to details
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience and familiarity with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to do canvassing to acquire driver-partners
