Operations Manager

A Furniture Company in **Yogyakarta **is looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Operations Manager (Full-time)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency through strategic planning and effective management
- Manage stock control and reconcile it with data storage systems to maintain accurate inventory records
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations to guarantee smooth and efficient processes
- Set up the warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization for optimal storage and workflow
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements to ensure compliance
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Plan work rosters, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results to maximize team productivity
- Recruit, select, orient, coach, motivate and lead employees to foster a positive and high-performing work environment
- Monitor company spending and provide regular reports to ensure financial efficiency
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided to maintain high standards
- Manage the monthly shipment of goods as well as ensuring timely and accurate delivery

**Requirements**:

- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience working as an Operations Manager or in a related position
- Proven at least 5 years of working experience in the Furniture Industry or in a related field
- Great communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in warehouse procedures and policies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high computer literacy skills
- Knowledge about importing, exporting and logistics would be a plus
