**Overall Role Purpose**
Oversee and support the Bulk Operations team with the coordination and operational supervision of all Bulk Shipments.
- Ensure that all stakeholder enquiries are responded to in a prompt and professional manner
- Serves as escalation point for Bulk Operations Specialists, Customers and other parties
- Escalate any issues as required to the Bulk Operations Manager when needed
**_Accountabilities_**
- Supporting the team to ensure booking and securing space for available locations.
- Ensuring all orders and space allocation are actioned in a timely manner and liaising with internal departments or teams to ensure full utilisation of available space.
- Monitor:
- All required activities are accurately up-to-date and maintained.
- Support the team with issues and escalate if required
- Advise customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools.
- Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex.
- Actively comply with all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to equal opportunity, preventing workplace harassment, privacy, electronic communications and equipment.
- Supervise a small unit.
- Lead a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal & external customers), flexibility and cost consciousness.

**Expected years of experience (Minimum)**
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in related field
- Supervisory experience
