Operator Live Streaming

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for planning and managing the company's live streaming projects, ensuring innovation and interactivity of live content.

2. Managing more than 3 live streaming rooms, improving overall team performance and efficiency.

3. Build good environtment during live streaming coordinate with host live

4. Deep understanding and practical experience with TikTok live streaming, Shopee live streaming especially in the beauty and skincare category, exploring new live streaming strategies and directions.

5. Full management of the live streaming process from 0 to 1, including content planning, execution, analysis, and optimization.

**Requirements**:
1. Rich experience in live streaming operations, capable of building and optimizing live streaming projects from scratch.

2. Successful management of more than 3 live streaming rooms

3. Having good communication skill

4. In-depth understanding of TikTok live streaming platforms, particularly in the beauty and skincare category.

5. Proficient in using OBS

7. Ready for shifting system

**Willing work from office (Tangerang)**
