Ops & Planning Intern

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor transaction statuses, identify issues, and promptly communicate them to stakeholders
- Compile and present top-line platform performance reports for management
- Collaborate with teams to gather transaction-related information and ensure smooth data flow for reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of transaction status and performance reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree from any field
- Availability to work in a shift arrangement, including weekends on evening shift
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setting with a schedule of 4 days on and 3 days off in hybrid setting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
