**Job Scope**:
Responsible for qualifying "low trade" Customers for Service Line sales opportunities. Primary objective is to generate order intake and contribute to the overall growth of the Service Line business. Responsible for working closely with the sales and contracts teams to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase market share.
**How will you help us achieve this**:
- Qualify leads and prospects based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Customers to promote products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and contracts teams to create sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of each prospect.
- Track sales activities and performance metrics.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a time-sensitive manner to ensure a positive Customer experience.
- Assist in developing targeted sales campaigns to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, status, and outcomes.
- Continuously improve techniques and capabilities through training and development regimes.
**What You Bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Good experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Essential
- Strong English-speaking communication and interpersonal skills given to Customers based in Australia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivery of results.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
