**Requirements**:
- At least **3 years of working experience as an Organizational Development Supervisor/ Specialist**:
- Have analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data along with the capability to visualize it in a comprehensive format
- Solid exposure in manufacturing industry both at holding and business unit levels
- Having experience in project management is a plus
- Able to work collaboratively in order to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Applicants must be willing to be placed in **Menara Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat**:
- Willing to travel if needed by the company to Samora Group's Operating Units
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze business processes and employee workflows to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency in utilizing the company's resources
- Design and implement various initiatives, action plans, and programs related to organizational development according to the company's needs
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition department to optimize the manpower planning process within the company
- Facilitate the development of the organizational structure and job descriptions for each department in line with the company's business strategy
- Optimize the utilization of human resources in the company by enhancing collaboration among functions/departments
- Collaborate with superiors to formulate the company's technical competency dictionary
- Implement the performance management cycle following applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness and efficiency of the new employee orientation program
- Monitor the internal movement process within the company
- Manage the Organization Development (OD) module on the HRIS used by the company
