**Position**: Outbound Sales Representative
**Job description**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative in Indonesia **to** generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will influence existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cold-calling prospective clients to sell products or services
- Calling warm leads in the IT/computer industry
- Experienced Sales Agent, preferably in the B2B and B2C industries
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
**Requirements**:
- At least 2+ year of outbound telesales experience with a preference for B2B and B2C
- Cold Calling experience ideally 3+months
- Good communication skills
- Competent English skills for write-ups
- Have worked towards KPIs and exceeded goals
- **FULLY WORK FROM HOME,** must have a computer and reliable power/internet connection
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems is an advantage
**Job Qualifications & Qualifications**
- At least 2+yr experience in Sales and Telemarketing, B2B and B2C
- Competency in English
- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
- Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills
- Prospecting and Lead Mining skills
- Ability to close sales
- Vast knowledge of the end-to-end sales process ( B2B and B2C)
**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per month
