Outlet / Cloud Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment's kitchen staff. As the Outlet / Cloud kitchen manager, He / She will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and monitoring inventory levels. A Proven Culinary / Restaurant and management experience. In addition to being an excellent communicator, and capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership and organizational abilities.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand.- Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.- Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.- Recruit and train kitchen employees in designated stations.- Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.- Work with the other Department support.- Schedule work shifts for employees.- Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.- Maintain weekly and monthly cost reports.- Own the guest experience and kitchen ratings on cloud- Monitor the kitchen performance metrics and improvement- Coordinate with other Support Division or Department.**Knowledge, Skill & Requirements**:- In-depth knowledge of Restaurant or kitchen health and safety regulations.- Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment.- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.**Qualification**:- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or certification from culinary school is preferred- 3 years' experience in operation fieldJenis Pekerjaan: PermanenKemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:- Bandung: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diutamakan)
