We are looking for P&ED Specialist - H&W based in Surabaya.
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
Main responsibility:
- Co-create wellbeing program (emotional, physical, financial) with functions that meet the needs of employees
- Collaborate with the external parties to provide wellbeing content and programs
- Create, track, evaluate & iterate our curated communication to employees related to their moments that matter
- Plan & monitoring budgets related with all objectives of wellbeing programs
- Support some P&C processes on a daily and monthly basis to meet the government regulation requirements, PMI principles & practices, budgetary, reporting, compliance and controls requirements.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experienced in benefit administration/ office administration
- Strong analytical thinking & critical thinking
- Have knowledge in wellbeing/ employee engagement would be a plus
- Creative & agile in holding project management
- Can handle several stream of work at the same time
- Fluent in written and in speaking in English
