\n Your main duties in flying with us:Support Partnership team in general regarding all non-commercial administrative worksCollect & check all reimbursements, reports, agreements, documents from the teamMonitor and keep track of all overall Partnership team's budget usage and expansesMaking details terms & condition for all promo ongoing and reconcile all the promo code after the campaignMonitor and keep track partner's payment and all documents flow that involve with another departments Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:Minimum 1 year experience in handling sales/partnership administrationMin. Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree from any majorUnderstand administrative flows and documentationsGood command in English (writing and speaking)Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)The ability to build solid, collaborative relationships with colleaguesThe ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people in different ways
