Details of the offer

Acquire, develop, grow and maintain relationship with customers from distributors, wholesalers to retailers stores
- Channels development from vape and non vape sales channels
- Create tactical programs & effective sales distribution strategy to achieve regular sales target
- Find new customers or potential business partner/clients both for vape distributors, local/national modern trade, horeca, and/or foom stores partners.
- Execute sales action plans and liaise with marketing department for key account growth
- Grab insight from the field about market trends, feedback and customers need in the field to the management
- Analyze and evaluate effectivity of existing commercial and marketing program includes brand, trade and digital marketing
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from any major
- At least 3-5 years of experience as Partnership/ Business Development Manager in Consumer Goods or Cigarette Industry, Tech Start-up industry is an asset but not a requirement
- Having great analytical skill, organizational skill and problem solver
- Good communicator both in English or Bahasa
- Having experience in handling Key accounts, GT & MT channel
