Partnership Marketing Supervisor

Support to develop and implement all Partnership Marketing activities such as KOL (Key Opinion Leader), Media, and other key partnerships that support the overall marketing and/or sales strategy;
Assist in the end-to-end process of partnership cooperation including planning, implementation, optimization, maintenance, measurement and reporting of all Partnerhip Marketing programs or activities;
Organize and calendar Partnership Marketing campaigns in line with the overall marketing and/or sales calendar;
Collaborate with other departments (designers, social media etc.) to align with marketing and/or sales targets;
Provide assistance with administrative tasks such as finalizing payments and promotional documentation;
Willing to assist other projects assigned by the manager to support the overall performance of the team if needed;
Willing to travel where required
Bachelor Degree with background in communications, marketing, public relations, or similar field;
Having experience in influencer marketing/brand partnership for 2 - 4 years in FMCG industry or agency is preferred;
Understanding of social media trends and familiarity with influencer marketing tools and trends is an added advantage;
Able to work with several cross-departments and can work on multiple projects simultaneously;
Agile enough to adapt to the current trend development;
Creative and analytical thinking with the ability to turn insights into action to improve engagement with influencers or other partners;
Strategic thinker and good executor with attention to detail;
willing to be based in Yogyakarta
