Conducting interview with users for work load analysis

Collect supporting data for completeness of work load analysis files

Support other Organization Management Work (such as completeness of Organization Management documents)
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management (freshgraduate are welcome to apply)

Have a specialization in organizational management (for psychology majors) or human resources (for management majors)

Have experience (internship) in the field of organization management are preferable

Have a good analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
