Pattern / Textile Designer

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor degree in fashion design
- Proven 1-3 years experience as a pattern designer, têxtile designer, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or manual drawing.
- Strong understanding of color theory and pattern design principles.
- Ability to create real-size prints (dummy) on paper that match the actual size of the designed patterns.
- Able to work well individually or in team.

**Job desc**:

- Explore new patterns, textures, and design trends to incorporate fresh ideas into the pattern designs.
- Making pattern masters and samples according to predetermined design and size charts
- Determine the layout of pattern panels to optimize fabric consumption
- Responsible for pattern revision and pattern history process
- Create real-size print dummies on paper that accurately reflect the actual size and details of the patterns.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and improve pattern designs.
