**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process weekly payroll for 300+ employees
- Perform routine & exception Payroll Entries/Adjustments
- Upload time card information, input administrative pays, and all areas of payroll administration and accounting
- Prepare reports to various departments regarding payroll and absenteeism.
- Perform timesheet auditing, Audit payroll prior to transmission
- Transmit payroll within advised deadline each period
- Calculate and process off cycle payments as needed
- Research & resolve employee pay/policy/tax related inquiries
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Ensure collection of employee hours using Automated Time and Attendance Systems and create payroll export files. Run audit reports for verification and reconciles payroll registers to source documents
- Respond to inquiries related to HR benefits, payroll, policies and procedures
- Escalation for complex error resolution; assists team members with resolving errors and responding to inquiries
- Answer employee and management queries related to payroll
- Work with other departments regarding payroll reporting
- Understand and report necessary changes to payroll operations by maintaining established policies and procedures
- Assist with New Hire and Termination process
- Ensure employee confidence by protecting payroll operations and confidential information
- Manages projects with little guidance; assumes control when opportunities presented
- Participate in implementing improvements and efficiencies to workflows and processes
- Identify process improvement initiatives and define standards for new processes
- Billings on as-needed basis.
