**Key Responsibilities**:- Implement and oversee compliance protocols to adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and standards in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.- Manage and optimise inventory levels to ensure an uninterrupted supply of products.- Conduct regular audits of inventory and compliance systems to identify and rectify discrepancies.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate usage and distribution of medical products.- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.- Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.- Train and mentor pharmacy staff on compliance and inventory management best practices.- Stay abreast of changes in industry regulations and compliance requirements.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from a recognized institution.- Valid pharmacist licence in Indonesia.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with a focus on compliance and inventory management.- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and inventory control systems.- Strong organisational and analytical skills.- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.- Proactive in keeping up-to-date with industry developments and best practices**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: Up to Rp2,000,000 per month
