People Engagement And Event Officer

Plan and execute company-wide events aimed at boosting morale and fostering a positive work environment

Organize and facilitate monthly team-building activities, from planning, budgeting, concepting, executing, and reporting)

Make recommendations for improvements to management related to the best practices in employee engagement

Collect data on employee engagement levels through surveys and focus groups, and analyze results to identify trends

Collaborate with manager, other HR teams and related stakeholders for bigger events
Min. 2 years of experience in event management, people engagement, employee branding-related field

Experience in handling events and able to work independently with minimum guidance

Have a great attention to details and strong interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
