People Experience Associate

**About the Role
People Experience Partner plays an important role by partnering with Functions to develop a high-touch and high-tech employee experience ecosystem. The role gives you exposure to work daily with Business Leaders to create 'moments that matter' in the employee life cycle journey and provide a remarkable working experience.

**What You Will Do**
- Partnering with leaders and relevant stakeholders to create an Experience program for specific functions/directorates
- Manage and assist team activities and engagement preparation with the engagement committee
- Responsible to analyze various data sources (most importantly Employee Engagement Survey) to provide a timely and data-driven Experience intervention for specific functions/directorates
- Manage and monitor team engagement budget utilization for specific functions/directorates
- Collaborate with other People team members to co-create People Intervention for specific functions/directorates
- Assist the internalization of Company Values with creative implementation in local functions/directorates

**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor degrees from all departments are welcomed (preferably in Communication, Psychology, Business/Management, or Engineering)
- At least 1 year of experience in People **Business Partnering** or Culture & Engagement would be an advantage
- Passionate in organization culture, employee engagement, and employee wellbeing Good communication,** **and** interpersonal skills** and confident in public speaking
- Proficiency in **English**, both written and oral is a must
- High ownership and strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and have creative problem-solving ability
