Job Description
Be a strategic and operational partner to top management on all HR topics.
Ensure that all HR needs of the business are met and are aligned with business objectives.
Offer innovative and efficient situational HR solutions to management and HR teams.
Develop plans for leadership development, employee experience, operational excellence grievance mechanisms.
Build an inclusive working environment and strong employee retention programs by understanding managers and employees needs and challenges.
Review supervises and guides team and managers issues related to compliance, performance, behaviour of the employees and provides support to HODs and Managers.

Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law/Management or relevant field.
Fluent in English writing and verbal communication.
Experiences min 15 years in similar role, preferably has experience in Telco company.
Ability to coach and provide feedback to leaders at all levels.
Ability to handle issues at all levels of the organization and escalate as appropriate.
Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
