People Operations Admin Intern

**About the Role**

As the People Operations Admin Intern, you are the logístical mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring that employees have a seamless and efficient transition into and out of the company. You'll handle the essential administrative tasks that make these processes run like clockwork.

**What You Will Do**
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Collaborate with People Partner and People Engagement to identify onboarding and offboarding administration needs.
- Facilitating the Employment Agreement signing including preparing the draft and signing.
- Providing important documents including preparing the draft and letter distribution
- Managing the company tools access: A gatekeeper for the company tools access including but not limited to Gmail and other specific tools used by functions.
- Managing People Ops microsite: Managing the People Ops site and ensuring that the content is relevant and updated.
- Employee Correspondences: preparing and distributing all employee correspondences.
- Managing the HRIS: Responsible for HRIS data management including but not limited to updating the data
- Reporting the Dismissals (if any) to the Disnaker.

**What You Will Need**
- An extensive professional background in HR would be a plus point.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, document management, and record-keeping.
- Have experience in utilizing Google Suites and Microsoft.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with HR, managers, and employees.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data.
- Have experience in utilizing Talenta would be a plus point.
