We are looking for a
**People**
- THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED_

**Job Descriptions**:

- Employment engagement: execute company events
- People management: manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process including the administrative work
- Assist in all-around office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology or a related major
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Courage to take initiative
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized
- Able to prioritize, work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong representation of Lalamove's core values: Passion, Grit, Humility & Execution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and GA, preferably from a start-up company
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
