Organize, update, and maintain personnel records as internal databasesPrepare HR documents, like employment contracts, paklaring (working experience letter), BPJS, and reference letters, and any documents related to HRAssist employees during the onboarding and off-boarding periodIn charge of medical reimbursement verification.Socialized and implement any company policy, SOP, memorandum, etcLiaise with external partners to make sure on legal complianceAnswer employee's queries about HR-related issuesAssist the payroll department by providing relevant employee informationWork closely with users and employees to improve work relationships, accommodate user needs, & translate into initiativesParticipate in all HR projects or eventsSupport creative designsMin. Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University in any majorExperience in the HR field of at least 1 YearWilling to work in Medan area, North SumateraGood analytical thinking and orientedGood communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal & written)Have knowledge of labor lawExcellent leadership skills and team player
