**Your Main Objective**
We are looking for an HRBP who can act as a point of contact for both employees and managers in the organization. You will utilize your excellent people skills to align the team with business goals and liaise between business leaders to deliver customized and forward-looking solutions, programs, and policies to tackle issues faced by the company. We believe the only way to grow the business is to grow the people, in this role you have the opportunity to make a real difference in the growth of the business by putting people first.
**Your Main Responsibilities**
- You will proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs, make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions
- You will drive talent management strategies to support a team's growth and individual development plans
- You will establish strong relationships with business partners to ensure HR support is aligned with business priorities
- You will serve as a trusted advisor around talent issues they are facing, including organizational design, role definition, career development, compensation, management & leadership mentoring, change management, and way to grow and scale
- You will support efforts to improve both employee engagement and diversity and inclusion within the business

- You will resolve complex employee relations matters and work with cross-functional teams to make sure the employee experience is optimal
- You will do coaching and counseling for professional and personal matters
**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree, any major with a minimum of 5 years of related working experience. Significant experience in the field of Human Resources is a plus.
- Have an effective communication and critical thinking skills
- Strong expertise in consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problems
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
- Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills
- Ability to provide feedback to all levels of employees/managers
