People Support Internship

Responsibility- Input into the system finance (NetSuite) business trip submission, reimbursement and realization that has previously been verified- Ensuring the completeness of Cash Advance documents, reimbursement and reminder- Create approval document and submit PO for every procurement task through people team- Compile employee attendance report data**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or final year student from a reputable university- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in native and English language.- Positive can-do attitude- Organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail- Able to commit for 3 months period on full-time basis- Willing to work on-site in our HQ Bandung- Domicile in Bandung area is preferable
