We're looking for an experienced **Personal Assistant BOD **to be part of our team in our Head Office at **Jakarta**.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing and managing documents and reports to BOD
- Responsible for gathering information and maintaining the database
- Communicate with the person that is involved personally or through writing to respond to questions
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Schedule BOD's time and meetings
- Oversee invoices and important documents
- Create minutes of meetings

Requirements:

- Secretary Academy graduate with GPA 3 is a plus
- Have a minimum 3 years experience as Secretary to the Director or Personal Assistant to the Director
- Often travel abroad
- Have a passport
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Meticulous and enjoy working on repetitive tasks
- Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
- Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
- Experienced on using Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Can operate Google calendar and Google mail
- Able to book and look for best ticket prices
- High Initiative, positive attitude, able to work under pressure and on a deadline
- Willing to work early or late from normal office hour
- Can be reached any time, including on the weekends and public holidays
- Willing to learn new things

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Gaji: Rp7.500.000 - Rp8.500.000 per bulan
